Reactivity Training

Embarrassed by your dog’s big feelings? Joined the midnight dog walking club because of your dog’s barking and lunging on leash? Stopped having guests over because of reactions to strangers and friends?

You’re at the end of your leash with your dog’s behavior. I’ve been there - having a reactive or overexcited dog makes life hard. But it doesn’t have to be.

Basic Manners Training

Do your walks leave you all wrapped up? Does your new rescue or adoption need help moving in? Is your teenager a terror at home? Chasing your tail trying to teach your dog simple things?

Getting a dog was supposed to enhance your life, not take it over. If you’re ready to stop stressing and start living your best life with your dog, I’m ready to help you get there.

Enrichment Programs

Calling all counter surfers, yard diggers, and shoe chewers! Are you ready to get FEMA involved with your disaster site cleanup? Or maybe your dog is on temporary rest recovering from surgery, is getting older, or is just slowing down.

If your dog needs a job, Indeed is not the answer. But an enrichment program just might be, and I’m excited to bring out your dog’s full potential.

Muzzle Fitting & Training

Is your dog a scavenger of that sweet Sacramento “street meat?” Maybe your dog just needs a little extra space from two- and four-legged strangers? Does your dog have a bite history or feel nervous at the vet?

Good dogs wear muzzles for many reasons! Muzzles help everyone feel safe, so let’s get your dog fitted for some new gear.

Virtual Training Options

While I love my Sacramento community, I also love being able to help dog parents who live in other amazing places! Finding the right trainer is hard enough - let’s not let distance stand between us.

If you’ve got a computer or smartphone, have 15 minutes a day for training, and like learning at your own pace, virtual training might be for you.

Meet Your Trainer

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m looking forward to helping you and your dog build a better relationship together. Having fostered dogs with many types of personalities and behavioral issues, and having my own dog who struggled with reactivity, I have experienced many of the problems my clients come to me for help with.

Daily life with behavior issues isn’t just challenging; it’s emotionally exhausting and isolating. But you’re not alone. And I’m ready to help you live your best life with your dog.
